The Coastal Titans Women’s Football Club is a successful female sporting club, competing in the West Australian Women’s Football League.

Established in 2004, the Club is currently preparing for its 12th playing season, fielding teams across all divisions- League, Reserves and Youth Girls. The Club has enjoyed sustained success having competed in every League Grand Final since its inception.

The Coastal Titans are currently seeking expressions of interest for a number of positions for Season 2015:

  • League Head Coach
  • Reserves Head Coach
  • League Team Manager
  • Reserves Team Manager
  • Youth Girls Team Manager
  • Club Canteen Manager
  • Home Ground (Game Day) Manager

The Club strives to continue the strong working relationships between the Committee and all team officials through open consultation and adherence to our constitution, club values and club culture. In addition, the Club is committed to providing coaches and managers with the necessary support and assistance as required (assistant coaches, volunteers, aids and equipment).

All Coaching positions hold crucial leadership roles within the club, and will be collaboratively responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the Club’s football strategy.
  • Coordinating and running of preseason and in-season weekly training programs.
  • Fostering an environment of sustained on-field success through a hardworking, passionate and professional output.
  • Showing commitment to both the personal and football related development of players.
  • Demonstrating leadership and promotion of Club values to players.
  • Working closely with all Club coaches to ensure open communication and a cohesive coaching environment.

Suitable coaching candidates will be passionate about promoting club life, have demonstrated experience developing football talent, and demonstrated coaching experience in previous coaching roles. They must be committed to the player pathway for female footballers within the Club and the Subiaco District.

All coaching applicants must possess or be working towards a Level 2 Coaching Accreditation.

Suitably qualified coaching applicants are required to submit a cover letter, and a coaching resume (max 2 pages), to the Club Vice President, at j.tapley@hotmail.com by 5.00pm Monday 8th December 2014.

Interested persons for the Manager positions are asked to submit an expression of interest, outlining any relevant experience and their ability/willingness to fulfil the role. Details as above.
All Managers must be supportive of the Club’s culture and values, and have the ability to work closely and cohesively with club coaches, Committee, and players.
